This page explains how to delete your salonfoto account and the data associated with signing in via Facebook, Google or Apple.

1. Delete your account yourself (fastest)

1. Sign in at wyslij.salonfoto.com.
2. Open your profile.
3. At the bottom of the page choose Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately and the Facebook, Google or Apple connection is revoked automatically – you do not need to disconnect anything on their side.

2. Cannot sign in?

If you registered through Facebook, Google or Apple and no longer have access to that account, email salonfoto@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion”. Include the email address used to register or an order number. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, confirming by email once done.

3. What we delete

• your user profile and sign-in credentials,
• the link to your Facebook, Google or Apple account (the access token is revoked),
• saved devices, sessions and notifications,
• your wishlist and product enquiries,
• uploaded photos and files, unless they belong to an unfulfilled order.

4. What we must retain

Order records and accounting documents (invoices, receipts) are kept for the period required by tax law – 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose. This follows from the Polish Accounting Act and Tax Ordinance and cannot be waived on request. This data is not used for any other purpose, in particular not for marketing.
