§1. General provisions

The website available at https://wyslij.salonfoto.com is used to place orders for photographic prints and other photographic products offered by the Service Provider.

These Terms set out the rules for using the website, placing orders, providing services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

The User is obliged to use the website in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Terms.

§2. Definitions

Website	the online platform available at wyslij.salonfoto.com.
Service provider	Salonfoto.com Sandra Domogała.
User	a person using the website.
Client	a User placing an order.
Account	an individual user profile created on the website.
Order	a request to make photographic products placed by a Client.

§3. User account

1. The website can be used both with a registered account and without registration.
2. Registering an account requires providing accurate information.
3. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
4. The Service Provider may delete the account of a User who breaches the law or the provisions of these Terms.

§4. Placing orders

An order is placed by:

• uploading photos,
• selecting product parameters,
• choosing a delivery method,
• choosing a payment method,
• confirming the order.

Before placing the order, the Client is informed of the order price.

Placing an order means a contract is concluded between the Client and the Service Provider.

The Client is obliged to provide the correct information necessary to fulfil the order.

§5. Photos uploaded by the user

By uploading photos to the website, the User declares that they:

• hold the rights to the uploaded materials,
• use the materials without infringing the rights of third parties,
• have the required consents of people visible in the photographs, where required by law,
• are not breaching applicable law by having the order fulfilled.

It is prohibited to upload materials that are:

• illegal,
• infringing copyright,
• infringing the personal rights of third parties,
• containing content contrary to the law.

The User bears full responsibility for the uploaded materials.

The Service Provider has the right to refuse to fulfil an order where doing so could lead to a breach of the law.

§6. Payments

The Client may pay:

• online through the iMoje operator,
• on personal pickup,
• cash on delivery, where this option is available for the chosen delivery method.

Fulfilment of the order may begin after payment is received or in line with the chosen payment method.

§7. Delivery

Available delivery methods:

• courier,
• parcel locker,
• personal pickup.

Delivery costs are presented before the order is placed.

The fulfilment time depends on the type of product and the chosen delivery method.

§8. Complaints

The Client may submit a complaint electronically to salonfoto@gmail.com.

A complaint should include:

• the order number,
• the Client’s contact details,
• a description of the problem.

Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.

§9. Right of withdrawal

1. Under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, a Client who is a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of products made to their individual specification.
2. This applies in particular to photographic prints and other products made on the basis of photos uploaded by the Client.

§10. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:

• the quality of the source materials uploaded by the Client,
• incorrect information provided by the Client,
• delays resulting from the actions of payment operators or carriers,
• temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons.

The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law.

§11. Newsletter

1. The User may voluntarily consent to receiving marketing information by electronic means.
2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

§12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

A consumer may use the out-of-court dispute resolution methods provided for by applicable law.

§13. Final provisions

1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
2. The current version of the Terms is available on the website.
3. The Service Provider may amend the Terms for important legal, organisational or technical reasons.
