Delivery and payment

This is a courtesy English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version is legally binding.

Delivery

We ship within Poland. We dispatch an order on the business day it was placed (orders placed on a non-working day or after the studio’s opening hours: on the next business day); the carrier usually delivers it within 1-2 business days.

Delivery costs from PLN 0 to PLN 21.99, depending on the delivery method.

Personal collection: the studio at al. Niepodległości 87/37, 43-100 Tychy, Monday to Friday 7:00-18:00, Saturday 9:00-14:00. When choosing an InPost parcel locker, enter the locker code in the order notes.

Payment

Online payments are handled by ING Pay, the payment gateway of ING Bank Śląski S.A.

• Online through ING Pay: BLIK, fast online bank transfers (pay-by-link), Visa and Mastercard cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
• On personal collection at the studio: cash, Visa and Mastercard cards, BLIK, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
• Cash on delivery: payment to the courier on delivery (delivery method “Kurier za pobraniem”).
